As mental health professionals, we know that physical and mental health are connected. But how often do we dig deeper into the emotional cues that the body is sending through physical symptoms? Stress, trauma, and emotional turmoil can disrupt the body’s natural balance, leading to pain, illness, and chronic conditions. These signals are more than physical—they’re calls for deeper emotional healing. Join our workshop on chronic illness to explore how understanding and addressing these bodily cues can enhance emotional well-being and transform client care.
