In my growing years, I had my own share of exposure to human experiences and trauma. I felt soo much and with such sensitivity, it was often overwhelming for me. Taking therapy sessions for my well being was one of my best experiences, where I learnt new skills and language for myself. It made me see trauma in a new light and I understood the importance of creating space to hold conversations about trauma, emotional well being and mental health.

A therapy space has a lot of takeaways when you open yourself up. 

When I stepped into the mental health field, I learnt about the multi-dimensions of being a practitioner. Growing on your expertise and knowledge, having community support, access to a physical space, handling the administration while building your practice and your own mental well-being as well. 

Facing challenges in my own journey of practice led me to build an open, secure and flexible mental health space ‘Closure’. At Closure, my vision is to curate and support a physical space that ensures holistic wellbeing. We work in collaboration with professionals from diverse fields with an intent of ensuring for our clients a variety of services and support in their healing journeys.
